[last tickets] Adelphi Quartet
saffron dusk
Since their formation in 2017 the promising Adelphi Quartet have won multiple awards for their lively interplay. With their roots at the Mozarteum in Salzburg, they are uniquely skilled in injecting a springtime freshness into Mozart’s String Quartet No. 14 in G, KV 387. A completely different mood is evoked by the brand-new composition that Bushra El-Turk wrote especially for them. Saffron Dusk was composed in memory of the hundreds of victims of the bomb explosion in Beirut on 4 August 2020.

I never want to be told „You played really well", but "You blew me away!" Like at a rock concert, that's how it should be
